Product and Technology Description

Low voltage DC operation ensures that there is no risk of electrocution due to the watery/icy environment even if the power supply is shorted unintentionally. This entire system was designed, engineered and developed in our lab. Special care was taken to paint it with Marine grade paint, by GRS so that the unit does not rust in freezing cold temperatures! This ride is designed to be ultra-safe to be operated in a water/icy environment!

At the ride's heart is a 2 kilowatt BLDC motor (indestructible) along with a powerful high torque gearbox that can survive the uneven loads/shocks faced. The BLDC ensures fail safe operation of the motor even under irregular loads and changing of speeds continuously. The system is powered using a 48V DC supply (low voltage DC) and so safe to use in wet, icy and watery environment of the Snow park. The motor speed can be controlled and also its direction can be reversed if needed by the operator.
