Background of this app
NNFI Accredition app is an Android based mobile application was developed for NNFI (National neonatology Forum of India) for streamlining their accredition process of their assessees, along with enforcing qualitative data collection, completeness of data collected and reducing time taken to conduct a 50+ page application audit using Technology!
The app collects accredition data of an assessee in a structued manner, while indicating to auditor percentage of the process completed and keeping track of all sections to ensure completeness.
The app also features:
- Capture of key documentary evidence using mobile phone camera
- Capture of geo-tagged pictures of Assessee premises!
- Geotagging of entire accredition process
- Easy facilitation of large amount of data into the form in a structured way
- Automatic calculation of Assessment score using data gathered
- GENERATES a final PDF file with all data gathered, automatically which has Appendix section of scanned documents (with appropriate labels), pictures of facility neatly labelled into one large PDF file!
- Generated Accredition PDF file can be shared via Whatsapp/mail etc

To capture documentary evidence and to collate with photocopies is often a very painful task for any auditor. This app simplifies the process by letting the auditor scan the documents by taking picture in the mobile camera! The app also facilitates taking pictures of the facility being audited with geotagged pictures!

This is the best featue of the app which finally collates entire audit data, verifies completeness and generates a printable/electronically distributable 50-70+ page PDF file that contains all sections similar to the printed form, with data filled in, and neatly organized Appendix section. The appedix section will have neatly labelled multi/single page document scans, along with geotagged pictures taken in the facility being audited (again neatly labelled).
